The workshop will bring together senior DOE executives, officials from DOE sites, industry executives and other stakeholders to discuss the progress the DOE Office of Environmental Management is making addressing the environmental legacy of the Manhattan Project and Cold War-era U.S. nuclear weapons program. Topics to be discussed include major cleanup successes planned over the next two years, further improving contract and project management and efforts to develop new cleanup technologies, among others.
