ECA to Testify at Congressional Hearing on Nuclear Waste Management & Storage

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Subcommittee on the Interior, Energy, and Environment is holding a hearing today entitled, "Examining America's Nuclear Waste Management and Storage."

Energy Communities Alliance (ECA) Chairman and Aiken County Councilman Chuck Smith will be testifying at the hearing on behalf of ECA. For additional insight on ECA's testimony, please reference ECA's new white paper, "Waste Disposition: A New Approach to DOE's Waste Management Must Be Pursued."

The hearing will take place at 2:00 pm EDT in 2154 Rayburn House Office Building, Washington, DC. The hearing will also be live webcast HERE.
